Cetearyl glucoside and cetearyl alcohol 131-120 is a non-GMO emulsifier derived from sustainable resources. It is derived from glucose extracted from cassava and fat extracted from coconut oil. It is considered a liquid crystal emulsifier, which tends to create an opalescent rather than bright white appearance.
Appearance: Pastilles, waxy, white.

Method of Extraction: Cetyl stearyl alcohol with glucose conversion at increased temperature followed by distillation.
